Ben is a strategic communications professional with over seven years experience working for non-profits, digital media start-ups, and private pr firms in media relations, marketing, editing and writing.
Most recently Ben worked at Geoffrey Knox & Associates, a communications firm for human rights, global health, and women’s reproductive health non-profits. Prior to that, he worked at The Weiser Group, supporting a range of non-profit, financial, and public affairs clients on various public policy initiatives involving international trade, internet freedom, and environmental advocacy. Ben was also a writer and editor for PresenTense Magazine.
A native New Yorker, Ben earned his B.A. from New York University where he studied Political Science, Drama, and Journalism. He trained in acting, directing and improvisation at HB Studios, the LAByrinth Theater Company, and the Peoples Improv Theater in New York City, where he has been a writer, actor, and director for sketch and improv comedy shows.
